Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all manuals and hardware included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
